Public Meeting To Discuss Sixplexes

A sixplex is residential building that houses six units (think duplex, with four more). Through the Sixplex Study, the City of Toronto evaluated the potential of expanding existing multiplex permissions to allow multiplexes with up to six dwelling units and with heights of up to four storeys on properties in low-rise neighbourhoods city-wide. Neighbourhoods like ours.

There’s a public meeting to discuss this amendment on June 12 at 9:30 am in person, and virtually at Committee Room 1, City Hall. More information can be found here. To get in touch, please reach out to City Clerk, Attention: Nancy Martins, Administrator, Planning and Housing Committee, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON, M5H 2N2, Phone: 416-397-4579, Fax: 416-392-2980, e-mail: phc@toronto.ca.
